Thanks to his Marine Corp days and experiences as a wrestling and football coach, Scott’s teaching style is a non-traditional combination of yoga mixed with plenty of pushups and plank. You will be challenged to maintain focus on good alignment while building strength and stability with a guaranteed awesome workout!
A personal trainer at heart, Scott also offers a Gentle Beginners (flow), inviting all levels to become acquainted or reacquainted with sustainable alignment principles. We want you to Just like the vibe at Quantum, his classes are non-judgmental and non-competitive, with all levels welcome.
