We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach – that's why we offer a variety of classes, services and products designed to create a customized program that fits your unique needs.

  • Unwind and unfold in this slow, gentle, relaxing yoga class focused on restoration. The room temperature is comfortable and the postures adaptable for everyone.


  • Gift yourself time to slow down, unwind and relax in a warm room with low lights and soothing music.  Space will be held at the opening of class to attune to presence and breath.  We will then shift into a gentle movement practice followed by restorative poses supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks (bring your own props or use ours).  The restorative poses are held 1-3 minutes, allowing connective tissue and muscles to release tension, the nervous system to relax and for the mind to unwind.  Come in and bliss out!

  • Looking for a straight-up fun, full-body workout that will leave you feeling fierce? Then our Barre class is for you!

    Combining the elements of Pilates and yoga with strength training, cardio, and Ballet-inspired moves, this group workout finds the muscle-shaking burn.

    Weights, balls, and resistance band are used in this multi-level class - all are welcome to come feel the burn!

  • Power Pilates is a mat class that combines strength training and Pilates for a low-impact, muscle building workout.  Props such as bands, balls, weights and more are used to enhance the strength focus in this class. Power Pilates is open to all fitness levels!  

  • Vinyasa is a style of Yoga that is a sequence of postures that utilize breath and seamless movement (flow) to create opening and space in the mind, body and spirit. This class is taught in a warm room with all levels welcome.

  • Hot 26, or Bikram Style Yoga, is taught in a 105 degree room and although intense, it IS designed for beginners! It is a 90-minute class, and you do the same 26 postures and two breathing exercises.  The class is taught the same way each and every class so that you keep growing and advancing in the postures you already know. This class is specifically designed to detoxify, strengthen, stretch, and stimulate, every bone, joint, ligament, gland and organ in your entire body, leaving you feeling amazing. You will heal old injuries and charge up your immune system, allowing you to live a more mobile, active, and pain free life.

  • Room temp is 102 degrees and includes  pushups, ab work, balancing postures and deep stretches.  We listen to music from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90, 2000s. Alignment principles are strictly adhered to for your safety and corrections will be offered throughout this class.  We do not recommend this as your first class if you are new to yoga.

  • Studio 1, our Moon Room, will hold a temp of about 102 degrees. Studio 2, our Sun Room, is set to 95 degrees.  The class has all the basic yoga postures with a nice flow.  The class also includes  pushups, ab work, balancing postures and deep stretches.  We listen to music from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90, 2000s. Alignment principles are strictly adhered to for your safety and corrections will be offered throughout this class. If you are new to yoga, we recommend choosing the warm (Sun Room) studio and listen for corrections to help you build a sustainable practice.

  • In a non-heated room, this foundations class uses flowing sequences, balance, and deep stretching poses to help you build strength, endurance and flexibility. The main focus will be safe alignment, so expect lots of instruction. All levels are welcome.

  • If you love the idea of Power Yoga, but feel that it is a little too fast-paced or hot, then this is the perfect class for you! Done in a non-heated room, this is a creative and fun practice that challenges you to build strength, endurance and flexibility. Using flowing sequences, balance, and deep stretching poses, it focuses on safe alignment, lots of instruction, and breathing with ease. You will get a great workout in this class and all levels are welcome.

  • Warm, easy, slow flow Yoga with deep stretches and long holds. You will get a great workout in this class and all levels are welcome.

  • This is a beginners series consisting of 26 poses and two breathing exercises, with modifications as needed for everyBODY. Gain more flexibility and strength by generating heat from the inside out through movement and stretching.

    Release tension and stress from your mind and body through yoga poses by distracting your mind for 60 minutes in a heated room of 105 degrees with 40% humidity.

  • A warm class featuring a flowing style of yoga that pairs poses (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama.)

  • Stretch, strengthen, and relax for an hour! This class is an amalgamation of traditions designed to eliminate the need for supplementation, hence a flowing practice that tethers, strengthening the core, legs, arms, and most specifically the back and spine, with a focus on flexibility, healing, and maintenance. The room temperature is in the 90’s, and the class is adaptable for all levels.

  • A complete, predominantly yang yoga class with an emphasis on strength building, including the heart. Always beginning with a gentle warm-up and spine prep, then proceeding through variable vinyasa flows, power, spine, warrior, and core sequences. There are postures for cultivating balance, and others for the skeleton, and the obligatory wind-down stretches at the end of the hour. The room temperature is in the 90’s and the music all manner of everyday song.

  • This class combines easy-to-follow poses, body weight exercises and light dumbbell movements.  A simple yet effective way to experience a full body workout.  All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications demonstrated for everyone.

    High Intensity - Low Impact Full Body Strength, Balance and Flexibility Workout. With an emphasis on deep core activation, spinal stability and proper alignment, a Pilates Reformer class will help to correct muscle imbalances, improve flexibility, balance & posture and increase strength. Essential for cross-training and injury prevention.

  • PRE REGISTRATION REQUIRED!
    Adding jump boards to our Reformers allows you to find a heart-pumping, full-body burn. Jumping intervals combined with the familiar Reformer exercises and the occasional use of small props make this high-intensity class appropriate for all levels. Non-impact modifications are offered.

  • PRE REGISTRATION REQUIRED!
    Barre-inspired moves added to our signature Reformer class! Get ready to pulse, sculpt, and shake in this energizing, form-focused, full body blowout. Small props may be added to kick things up a notch ;)

  • Wanna sweat, strengthen, and sculpt? This heated (95°) class combines mat Pilates with strength training and cardio for a super-charged, SUPER fun (& sweaty), empowering 55-minute BLAST!

  • These sculpt and tone workouts help improve your circulation, metabolism and caloric burn, further enhancing the shape and definition of your muscles.

  • A class that uses suspension straps to leverage body weight for resistance training & functional movement.
