Arrive at least 15 minutes early to get checked in and settled. Many yoga classes are not conducive to a mad dash of people still trying to find a spot after class has begun. It messes with our zen…
Please remove street shoes before entering either studio.
(Yoga only) If you cannot stay and enjoy savasana (the relaxing moments at the end of a yoga practice), please leave during the “cool down” portion of class.
If you must leave during savasana, do so as quietly as possible to allow others to enjoy this meditation.
Do not clean your mat or begin talking until after you’ve left the yoga room. Even in the lobby, please keep your voices down while others enjoy their moments of meditation. -
For Pilates Reformer and TRX, space is limited and signing up in advance is required.
For all other classes, you may drop in.
Though you are not required to, for more popular classes, we recommend signing up in advance but keep in mind our late cancellation / no-show policy.
Again, leave yourself time to arrive early when possible. Breathe and set your intention before class for a brighter outlook after your workout! -
