FAQs
-
Yes, a (potentially) non-refundable* deposit of $600 will be required to hold a spot for you while you figure out other logistics for the trip. However, the Early Bird discount may only apply to those who have paid the full amount by July 31. For anyone booking their reservation between August 1–September 25, the regular price will apply.
*We will apply the $600 to the total cost of your reservation, unless you cancel after September 26, 2024. Any cancellations after September 26, will result in forfeiture of the $600 deposit. -
No - you will need to purchase these separately.
-
Breakfast, lunch, smoothies, juice, coffee, and tea will be provided daily and until approximately 3 PM. Only one group dinner is included and that will occur the first night everyone arrives in Mazatlán (Friday, November 1) - no other dinners will be included. But we will gladly recommend restaurants (for every price-point) that you will love.
-
Yes. Every room has a minimum of (2) beds. We can pair you with a roommate or you can advise us with whom you would like to share accommodations when you book your reservation.
-
No, but we will gladly set you up with reputable companies and tour guides. There are so many fun and exciting things to explore! And many of them are free.
-
Other than the (2) happy hour culinary workshops we have planned, none of these things are included. The workshops will include a host bar with cervezas and margaritas available to enjoy while you snack on chips and salsa.
We recommend you leave the housekeepers and on-site chefs a modest gratuity if you feel compelled to do so.
We will stock the villa's kitchens with plenty of yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, vegetables, chips and salsa for our on-site chef to work with in preparing breakfast and lunch. From these ingredients, you will likely be able to scrounge up snacks. Anything beyond that, you should prepare to purchase and bring in yourself.
The same goes for alcohol. Please purchase your own.
-
We will supply you with a mat while you are at the retreat so there is no need to pack one unless you really love yours and want it to experience the bliss of being beachside.
-
Absolutely not! Your afternoons and evenings are yours to ‘choose your own adventure’! If curling up fireside with a good book is your idea of perfection - we’ve got you covered! The groundskeeper will light a bonfire each night we ask him to! But if you do want to explore the excitement and culinary delights Mazatlán has to offer, we’ve got loads of suggestions for you!
-
Yes! For everyone’s enjoyment, our group will respect a 10 PM to 7 AM “quiet time.”
