Introduction to Yoga


A complimentary class designed to demystify yoga - open for our community members.  Come into our very casual, come-as-you are setting where no special equipment or outfit is required.  Just come in and learn about proper alignment principles and sustainable practices that will GET you and KEEP you doing the things you love longer.

If you’ve been thinking you need yoga in your life, we hope this introduction class compels you to come on in and feel good.

Just remember: you don’t need to be a particular size, shape, have obtained any certain level of fitness or flexibility…yoga is literally for everyone!

Arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign a waiver and settle in.
