Hey everybody-
As you know, we have the Kangen Water supply hooked up to the sink in the reception area and, for the most part, we are happy to offer this free to our yoga classes. However, there is a $2.00/gallon charge for filling up bottles and jugs for home use. This is the price, other than filling up your water bottle before yoga class. Please pay your instructor when you fill up!
Also, as a reminder, we are holding a Very Beginner Yoga class on Monday nights at 5:30. This class is offered for free for the first four visits and we encourage you to bring your friends and family and anyone else who you think might benefit from yoga in a laid-back, accommodating, and welcoming atmosphere…for FREE.
Reminder: Charlie Kelly will be teaching a special class this Saturday, October 3rd, at 4:00.
