Free yoga to beginners and first time students. Saturday at 4:00pm class

Free to first time student.  Please join us for beginning yoga starting Monday September 15th at 5:30pm.  All new student will receive 4 free classes. The beginning classes will run approximately 50 minutes.  We will run this class for the next 6 to 8 weeks.  Mats will be available for your 1st class. Class will work on basic postures and alignments. 

If you know anybody that would like to get started in yoga, please spread the word.
