Introductory to Yoga

This class assumes that you have no previous experience with yoga.  We explain basic postures, alignment, breathing, and yoga safety.

Flash Mob Yoga

This class uses simple postures to explain alignment, breathing, energy, and yoga isometrics (contraction/relaxation).

This class uses a combination of aerobic and anaerobic (power) posture, so you'll get a good workout.

Location: Quantum Health and Yoga Lounge

Day: Saturday

Time: 4:00 PM

Duration: 90 minutes

Temperature: warm or hot; students' choice
