Combo Cross Training & Power Yoga Offered twice a week!

This new class is being offered TWICE a week, for TWO hours:  "Cross Training/Power Yoga", and will feature an hour of each.  The first hour you will do Cross Training exercises, and then the second hour is followed up by Power Yoga!

 

Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings beginning at 7:30!  Get your workout for the day done out of the way while you enjoy the summer.
