Stephanie Adams is returning in just 2 weeks to Quantum Health and Yoga Lounge! This time there is a "twist" because Kristine will join her as well, and be offering private sessions throughout the weekend.
Times: Friday, Sept. 11, 5-9 (You are encouraged to attend at 4 PM to watch Scott Howe teach if you are planning to teach at Quantum)

Sunday, Sept. 13, 8:30-5:30
