Welcome to July!
QHYL summer schedule will start today July 2nd, with a few changes
NO Beginners Yoga on Monday and Wednesday 8:00 am through the summer
BARRE will be moved to 8:30 am on Monday and Friday. We will also be adding a Wednesday BARRE class at 9:30 am with Lexie.
Mike will be adding a Warm 90 Minute Flow class on Tuesdays 7:30-9:00 pm starting on Tuesday July10th.
We will also be offering a 8 week Clubbell series this summer with Danielle on Sundays 9:45-11 am starting July 8th.
