Progression Hatha Yoga is an integrated amalgam yoga class infusing the virtues of multiple lineages to comprise a complete, holistic, and comprehensive practice inherently designed for continual evolution and progression over time. Practiced in a 90+ degree heat and spiking at 105 degrees for deep stretching, the class proceeds through 7 primary categories: I. Tethering, II. Foundation: Balance & Concentration, III. Spine Conditioning, IV. Skeletal Cultivation, V. Muscular Stimulation & Deep Stretching, VI. Integration, & VII. Meditation (Savasana)
