Hello, my name is Matt Clark and I am an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer. During my experience as a fitness trainer, I have helped numerous clients lose weight, build muscle and coordination while gaining confidence in their overall abilities of daily activities. My motivation is to help you break through any mental or physical barriers that stand in the way of achieving your best body and best life. My client experience ranges from pre-teen to the elderly and everything in between. If you are looking to feel your best, look your best and have confidence in yourself, you have come across the right person, me!

 I just recently moved here in 2019 from a little town in Kentucky named Burlington. Coincidence?? I bought a motorhome, sold my house, quit my jobs and set out on the road of unknowns and haven’t looked back since. While living in Kentucky I was a high school welding instructor, assistant varsity basketball coach and mentor to any student that needed it. I have always had a strong passion for health and fitness but what I enjoy the most is helping others succeed in turning their goals and dreams into reality.
