Starting January 8th we will be introduction Power Pilates with Brandee on Tuesday and Thursdays at 9:30 AM.
Focus on your powerhouse with the classical Pilates exercise flow sequence while adding some fun cardio movements. Using your own body as resistance, you will effectively work all muscle groups with low-impact movements such as the hundred and the teaser. This warm class allows for easier modifications and challenging variations.
