Chris Sullivan


Chris Sullivan began taking prenatal yoga classes in 2003, enjoying the quiet, calm focus on the mind-body connection - a welcome break from aerobics, weight training, and running. After her daughter was born, she tried more intense yoga workouts but couldn't find one that held her interest for more than two or three classes. Then in 2008, she began taking classes with Scott Howe at QHYL and was immediately hooked. Following four years of practicing yoga with Scott, Chris now teaches her own classes in his style, with an always-changing and challenging mix of traditional and power poses.
