Something we try to emphasize at Quantum Health and Yoga Lounge is a welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere. All of the teachers here are friendly and really try to build a lasting relationship with everyone who attends our classes. We get to know our clients and their needs so we can help them to succeed in their health goals.

Hot 26

Beginners

Hot 26, or Bikram Style Yoga, is taught in a 105 degree room and although intense, it IS designed for beginners! It is a 90 minute class and you do the same 26 postures and two breathing exercises, taught same very detailed way each and every class so that you keep growing and advancing in the postures you already know. The instructor and students have recently decided to add beautiful music to this class and it has been wonderful. This class is specifically designed detoxify, strengthen, stretch, and stimulate, every bone, joint, ligament, gland and organ in your entire body, leaving you feeling amazing. You will heal old injuries and charge up your immune system, allowing you to live a more mobile, active, and pain free life.

This is a one hour class taught by Robyn Pipkin on Monday at 5:30pm, Thursday at 5:30am and Friday at 5:30pm.
 

Very Beginners Yoga

Beginners

This class is specifically designed for people who are brave enough to admit that they are out of shape and want to enter into health, but need to start at a slower, more gentle pace. Designed and and taught by owner, Scott Howe, it will take place in the cross training room at a comfortable temperature. Congratulations to taking your next step toward health and wellness!

This is a one hour class taught by Scott Howe at 3pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
